A Clear Message
With the high volume of communications that we have today, it can be difficult to ensure that the message intended is the message that is received.
I myself occasionally fall into the trap of not ensuring that the intention of my message is how the recipient will interpret it, which can cause the need for repeat conversations to explain, and sometimes cause a knock on effect.
If you run your own business, this type of faux pas, can easily be quite costly, if you happen to offend a customer.
In this video, I discuss a few ways that I try to ensure that my message is always clear.
